Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your aeginaderm.com purchase, you may return the unused item to us for a full refund as long as no more than twenty percent (20%) of the skincare product weight has been consumed and you have the original receipt. All tags must be attached and the jar or bottle and the product box must be in its original packaging.

Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Final sale merchandise will be noted on the Service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods, aeginaderm.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

At this time, aeginaderm.com only offers UPS return labels for domestic return addresses. Please note that only products purchased on aeginaderm.com may be returned for refund.

How To Make A Return

  • Please contact aeginaderm.com for your Return Authorization Number and the pre-paid UPS return shipping label by email at service@aeginaderm.com or phone at 1-832-230-5800.
  • Select the applicable return reason code on the return form included in the shipment.
  • Pack your shipment with the return form and the original packing slip. We recommend that you package your return merchandise securely in its original packaging.
  • Print the UPS return shipping label and affix to the exterior of the box.

Damaged Items

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at service@aeginaderm.com or phone at 1-832-230-5800.
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service.
  • To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Note

AEGINA DERM™ items purchased at retailer stores or other websites that sell our AEGINA DERM merchandise cannot be returned to aeginaderm.com.

Refunds

Should you select a refund and you have the original receipt and the merchandise is returned within the 30 days period from the product delivery date, aeginaderm.com will refund the original form of payment you provided. We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift, discount or promotion.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for Gift Cards, phone cards, tickets, licenses, permits, postage stamps, clearance items, etc. All sales are final.

AEGINA DERM reserves the right to limit or refuse any refund.  Other restrictions may apply.

Price Adjustments

Aeginaderm.com will honor a one-time price adjustment per shipping address within seven days of the shipment date if the AEGINA DERM merchandise found cheaper at another website. To receive a price adjustment, please contact AEGINA DERM Customer Service by phone at 1-832-230-5800 or by email at service@aeginaderm.com and refer to the order number found on your packing slip or order confirmation email and also provide any additional info for confirmation purposes. Some promotions may be excluded.
