Checking Order Status
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order on aeginaderm.com. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a UPS tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped by aeginaderm.com and aeginalife.com for the tracking information to appear in the UPS system.
Upon receiving the shipping confirmation, account holders may sign into their accounts on aeginaderm.com and review status updates of their orders. Please reference both your aeginaderm.com Order # and if available your tracking # when contacting Customer Service and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact AEGINA DERM Customer Service directly by phone at 1-832-230-5800 between 10AM – 5PM CT (Chicago IL time zone) Monday through Friday, or by email at service@aeginaderm.com.
Payment Methods
Aeginaderm.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal. We cannot accept JCB at this time. Aeginaderm.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.
Using Promotion Codes
As a recipient of the Newsletter, you may receive exclusive offers that can be applied to orders by using the promotional code during checkout. Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and are only redeemable on aeginaderm.com. In order to take advantage of these offers, please enter the provided code in the space provided on the ‘Cart’ page and will be applied to your order prior to confirmation.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders as required by law. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.
Emails Related To Ordering
We will communicate information about your order by email.
